Ruben acquired most of his prior experience at Bain & Company. As a leadership member in the Energy & Natural resources and Private Equity practices, he built a specific focus on the global battery ecosystem spanning mining to recycling. His core skillset consists of sustainable value creation, commercial due diligence, corporate strategy and performance improvement programs.
Ruben holds a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
