Dirk has been in M&A and private equity for over 20 years. As a seasoned investment professional, Dirk spent the past 10 years of his career at the European private equity firm GIMV, where he made growth investments and buyouts in small- & mid-caps. He was a member of the funds executive committee and investment committee.
Next to Junction, Dirk holds several board mandates in European SMEs and is a regular speaker at the Vlerick Business School and the BVA Academy, where he shares his experiences.
